We store and process your data on servers located in the European Economic Area which are hosted and maintained by third party service providers. We retain your data for as long as you are a member. We will delete your data from our electronic membership record when your membership expires, or you request such deletion. Membership directories remain in our archives.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
